Common billing questions
How does per-seat pricing work?
Plans are sold in blocks of five seats. Each block of five seats costs $20 per user, so a 5-user plan is $100/month, a 10-user plan is $200/month, and so on up to 80 users.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account's Plan & Billing page. Downgrades require removing team members first if you exceed the new seat limit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required to start.
What happens if my firm needs more than 80 seats?
