If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing information (such as payment card details) is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as feature usage, session duration, and error logs, to help us maintain and improve the Service.
3. Your Documents & Case Data
Exhibix is designed so that document processing — including exhibit numbering, Bates stamping, and evidence sticker placement — occurs within your browser session. Uploaded documents, exhibit names, group labels, and notes that you enter are treated as your confidential case data.
We do not review, access, or use the content of your documents for any purpose other than providing the Service to you, except where required by law or where necessary to investigate suspected misuse of the Service.
